Folio Designhaus, founded in 2007, is owned and operated by three highly creative designers and one customer solutions director. The partners all grew up in the Dayton area, and have worked here their entire careers. Their roots are founded in education publishing, and together, they have over 95 years combined experience, running the gamut from print to digital and everything in between.

The group started Folio Designhaus on East Third Street before moving to the Oregon District in 2013. Today, 95 percent of their clients are located in the greater Dayton area. Folio Designhaus is very active in the community, sponsoring both CityFolk and the Santa Pub Crawl benefitting Toys for Tots. They’ve also been a major contributor to the start up of Fifth Street Brewpub. Folio Designhaus is committed to giving back to the community, donating both design and programming to Trina’s Angels, an organization that plans family-centered activities to provide support, encouragement, laughter, and lasting memories to those affected by breast cancer. They have also donated design work to the Legal Aid of Western Ohio (LAWO) and Advocates for Basic Legal Equality (ABLE). The “Haus” also hosts Xerox seminars and Gem City podcasts, and they review student design portfolios for local colleges.

This Dayton Original is a small design firm that produces big results for every client!
